Specifications

Frame:

Constructed out of a heavy wall structural
tubing

Heads:

Constructed out of a heavy 3/8" plate welded
together for optimum rigidity
Power adj. heads for quick change overs

Cutting Capacity:

6" tall x 16" long material

Chain:

2080 chain with lugs is used to transfer
material through the saw

Guides:

Interchangeable pressure guides

Blades:

20" diameter blades
10 hp blade motors

Mandrels:

1-15/16" diameter stress proof steel

Other Information:

There is a series of air accuated hold downs
that can be selected individually depending
on the cutting length selected.

Saw heads travel in and out on linear
bearings, powered by a 1hp motor and gear
box using a rack & pinion system.

All width change overs are easily made from
the operator's end of the saw.

The operator will be able to move the heads
individually or he will be able to select from
presets that will move the heads to pre-
selected lengths with the push of a button.
