This innovative pallet marking solution offers infinite image selection combined with high-speed marking. The image is permanently burned into the pallet and changeover is achieved in seconds through the Titan Nailer’s touch screen. The 30W CO2 laser brander system includes a 5.9” square marking area, robust adjustable stand, image design license and software, and fresh air filtered laser cooling system.
16’ Powered Chain Outfeed Conveyor – This conveyor replaces the standard 12’ gravity roller conveyor at end of the stacker. The major benefits of this conveyor are more consistent ejection of pallet stacks, 4’ of extra storage space, and the ability to eject stacks of skids. Note – The Titan can produce skids, but they will have to be manually flipped right-side up for stacking without inquiring about a custom engineered solution.
In-Line Corner Rounder – The corner rounder is placed between the right angle and stacker. It rounds the stringer and deck board of the pallet to a smooth radiused edge at all four corners. The system has staging pins for accumulation and maintains production speeds.
